This week we visited the Hotel Russell, London for afternoon tea to celebrate Daddy Avery’s birthday. We were very impressed by the grandeur of the hotel and were seated in the Tempus restaurant with its marble pillars and high ceilings. Abhinav and his team were very attentive and offered us plenty of steaming tea throughout. We were presented with freshly made sandwiches and were very impressed with the effort made to meet our dietary requirements. We also enjoyed a delicious selection of pastries and scones. We enjoyed our visit so much we are hoping to make stop number 13 a Christmas stay at the Russell!
